Feeding | Chopped mussel, whitebait and prawn, earthworms, bloodworm, catfish pellets. |

These newts are almost fully aquatic, but like to 'rest' partly on land occasionally, hence I have made use of a floating "Turtle Dock" to
provide an area for this. Circulation is minimal, as they prefer gentle water movement. Apart from their decorative function, the plants provide a
place for eggs to be laid. Spawning can usually be induced by 'flooding' the tank with a deeper water level.
